How do I join YoungPoll?

Joining YoungPoll takes minutes. Simply go to our sign-up form and follow the simple instructions to sign up your children.

Do I need anything in particular to join YoungPoll?

You need to be a member of OnePoll in order to join your children on YoungPoll.com. Other requirements for joining YoungPoll are that you have a valid e-mail address and have access to a PC.

How often do new surveys appear online?

Our survey frequency can vary from 1 to 12 new surveys a day. However we always ensure that our members are kept topped up with surveys to answer.

What prizes do YoungPoll offer?

YoungPoll offers anything from high street store vouchers, weekend breaks, electronic equipment and cash prizes ranging from £200 to £1000.

When can I retrieve my earnings?

YoungPoll pays its members for entering surveys. When your account reaches £20 or you win a cash prize that takes your account to £20 or over, you can click on the link provided and enter the relevant details to retrieve your earnings.

How are my earnings paid to me?

You have the choice of either receiving a cheque which can take up to 28 days, or you can enter your basic bank account details over our secure connection and we will transfer your earnings by BACS within 10 days. Also you can have your earnings paid in using PayPal, this also takes around 10 days. The majority of our members opt for a bank transfer or PayPal as it is quicker.

How am I notified of winning a prize?

When you win a prize, there will be a notice on your account page when you log in. Alternatively, we will contact you via the telephone number you supply to us upon sign-up.

Is there a limit to how many children I can join on YoungPoll?

Yes, you are only able to join up to five children on YoungPoll.

What happens if I forget my username or password?

If you forget your username or password, just click on the 'forgotten password' link and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address your provided upon sign-up.

How can I contact a member of the YoungPoll team?

How do I update my details?

Once you are logged in, click on 'View/Edit Details' and you will be able to change any or all of your details.

What happens if I don't use YoungPoll regularly?

YoungPoll deactivates accounts if they have not been used for six months. But don't worry, we will contact you to see if you want to stay a member before we deactivate your account.

Will my e-mail address be used for marketing purposes?

We will not use your e-mail for anything other than YoungPoll/OnePoll purposes. We do not pass on or sell your information to 3rd parties.

Is my information safe with YoungPoll?

Your information is perfectly safe . We have state of the art data storage facilities that keep your information stored safely and securely.

Where are my views and opinions used?

Your views and opinions are used for our own and client research that might appear in reports or documentaries, as well as appearing on internet news sites, national newspapers and on the radio.

How do I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, please contact us via the contact form stating your desire to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe via the child management page which you can access from your OnePoll members area.
